Editing and gallery delivery are included in every package, with the full gallery landing in about a week. A 24-hour rush on selected photos, daily selects on multi-day events, and an on-site headshot station are available as add-ons.

What does event photography cost?
Half day is $1,000 for up to 4 hours. Full day is $1,800 for 8 hours. Multi-day events and coverage running longer than a day are quoted custom. We publish our rates.
Do you do both photo and video?
Yes. One team, one contract, one shot list. Highlight reels, session capture, testimonial interviews, and vertical social clips alongside full photo coverage.
How fast do we get photos?
Your full edited gallery lands in about a week, with the exact date set when we quote your event. Need images sooner? Add 24-hour rush and get a selected group of photos the next day.
We're not based in Portland. Does that matter?
Most of our conference clients aren't. If you're bringing an event to Portland or the Pacific Northwest, we're your local crew, venue knowledge included.
