How does our event photography coverage work?

  • Event photography coverage is generally $250 per hour per photographer with a 4 hour minimum. Price breaks available for multi-day coverage requiring multiple photographers. Photo selection and editing included in the price.

  • 50% down upon booking and 50% upon delivery of the edited photos.

  • We have a few awesome videographers we work with frequently to cover events and other creative needs. Just let us know what you are looking for and we’ll put together the best team.

  • We deliver the photos via WeTransfer within a week of the last day of shooting. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

  • Just fill out the form above providing as many details as possible and we’ll get back to you quickly with any follow up questions to get it on the calendar.

  • Absolutely. We’ll ask more about the event venue and determine the lighting needs to ensure your attendees look great!

    If we need more photographers than our team of two, we have a tight network of additional photographers and videographers we can bring in to get the coverage we need.
